2. Made-to-Order Production

The products displayed are manufactured to order, following formal order confirmation.

3. Production and Delivery Lead Times

Production lead times are estimates and typically around 60 days, though they may vary depending on volume, complexity and material availability. Final deadlines are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined individually for each order, by mutual commercial agreement between the parties.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation may only be considered prior to the start of production. Once the production process has begun, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accepted.

6. Returns and Non-Conformity
